Featuring the food of many local restaurants, the energy of many booster clubs for Pacifica High School activities, and the good company of the great people of West Garden Grove, the Friends of West Grove is proud to present the first Taste for Pacifica on Saturday, September 18, 2010. the event will last from 6pm to 10pm and will be held at the Bridgecreek Business Center on Valley View Boulevard, just north of the 22 Freeway.

Similar events have been held since 2001 for Los Alamitos High School where they raised over $270,000 in each of the last two years, and the same people who organize that are helping us run our event. They have also helped Aliso Niguel High School start a Taste event of their own and in just two years parents at that school raised over $200,000 for their activities.
The Taste is hosted by Friends of West Grove, a non-profit organized to help West Garden Grove schools and booster clubs raise monies for school activities
and facilities. Over 20 Pacifica activities have already signed up
to participate in the upcoming taste.
The majority of monies raised at each
Taste go directly to the participating activities and booster
clubs from their share of ticket sales or by participating
in the evening's silent auction or selling gear or conducting
games at their table.
